Discovery and listening
An analysis of your company’s existing EDI position.
Our discovery exercises range from and include:
- Direction of travel /way finding session with senior leadership
- Vision setting in line with corporate goals
- Organisational listening exercise
These activities include creating a safe space for staff to voice their views so we can do a deep dive of how staff view EDI within the company. This allows us to
- Identify what EDI work has been undertaken to date both internally and with clients
- Undertake a series of listening exercises (both qualitative and quantitative), based on a coaching approach, with representatives from across the agency at different levels e.g. new career entrants to heads and directors to chief officers.

The roadmap for change
Working with organisations to:
- Develop a cohesive narrative signposting the agency’s direction of travel.
- Outline recommendations for the way forward following review of organisations current position.
